Veolia: BlackRock raises stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 18 July it raised its stake in Veolia's capital to above the thresholds of 5% and that it now holds 5.
03% of the group's capital and 4.75% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Veolia shares on the market and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
