Veolia: BlackRock increases stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 1 July it raised its stake in Veolia's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its capital and that it now holds 5.
03% of the group's capital and 4.75% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the OTC purchases of Veolia shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral.
