Veolia: BlackRock raises stake above 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 27 June it raised its stake in Veolia Environnement, and now holds 5.
01% of the group's capital and 4.73% of its voting rights.
The crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Veolia shares - both on the market and OTC - along with the receipt of Veolia shares held as collateral.
