(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, has informed the AMF that on 14 February it cut its stake in Veolia Environnement's and that it now holds 28 222 447 Veolia Environnement shares, representing this number of voting rights, i.
e. 4.99% of the company's capital and 4.71% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been broken due to market and OTC sales of the company's shares.
