Veolia: Blackrock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A notice published this morning by the Autorité des marchés financiers communicated the statement that on 30 May BlackRock's stake in Veolia Environnement's capital exceeded the threshold of 5%.
On behalf of its funds, and after an OTC purchase of shares and the receipt of shares held as collateral, the American fund management giant held 5.03% of the group's capital and 4.76% of its voting rights.
