Veolia: sells business in US
(CercleFinance.com) - Veolia North America has announced the sale of its US industrial cleaning services division to Clean Harbors.
This disposal will raise 120 million dollars in cash. It is expected to close during the first quarter of 2018.
Amongst other things, including cleaning and maintenance services for industrial clients, this division of Veolia North America offers industrial vacuuming, hydro-cleaning and the cleaning of tanks and separations.
