Schneider Electric: simplified tender offer for IGE+XAO
(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas, acting on behalf of Schneider Electric Industries SAS, has filed with the AMF a draft simplified tender offer for IGE+XAO shares, as announced on 20 July.
The bidder irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a price of 260 euros per share, all 416,071 IGE+XAO shares that are not held by it, representing 31.89% of the capital of this computer-aided design software company.
After the offer closes, and if the required conditions are met, it intends to request the implementation of a squeeze-out for the shares not presented to the offer, at a price of 260 euros per share.
