Schneider Electric: BlackRock reduces stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF this morning communicated a statement that on 12 October, US Asset management giant BlackRock has cut its stake in Schneider Electric's capital to under the threshold of 5% of its voting rights.
As of this date, after both market and OTC sales of shares, in addition to a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral, BlackRock held 5.21% of the group's capital and 4.97% of its voting rights.
