Havas: acquisition in Malaysia.
(CercleFinance.com) - Havas Group has announced the acquisition of the Malaysian digital agency Immerse, which will be integrated into Havas' creative activities and renamed Havas Immerse.
It will be an integral part of Havas Village Malaysia.
Immerse is specialised in creative strategy and digital marketing consulting services. Its 50 employees work for clients based in Malaysia and Singapore, such as Volvo, Mitsubishi Motors and Wrigley.
Following this acquisition, Immerse's founders will take charge of Havas Immerse, in collaboration with Havas Malaysia's managing director Andrew Lee and will report to Vishnu Mohan, the chairman & CEO of Havas Group Southeast Asia.
