Havas: tender offer starts on 21 September.
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the simplified public takeover bid on Havas shares filed by BNP Paribas and Natixis on behalf of Vivendi will be open from 21 September to 4 October inclusive.
Vivendi irrevocably undertakes to acquire, at a unit price of 9.25 euros, all Havas' existing shares that it does not already hold, i.e. 172,558,525 shares, representing 40.79% of Havas' capital.
Vivendi does not intend to implement any mandatory share withdrawal at the end of the offer or to request the cancellation of Havas' shares.
