(CercleFinance.com) - Havas Group has announced the acquisition of the New York-based advertising agency, The 88.
"This digital and social agency is involved in strategic consulting, creation, influence, event coverage and social media management in the domains of fashion, lifestyle and consumer brands," the group said.
The agency will become an extension of The Annex, the Havas cultural network which is dedicated to emerging consumers, and will be renamed The Annex88. Harry Bernstein has been appointed Chief Creative Officer of Havas New York.
