Havas: acquisition of agency in Israel.
(CercleFinance.com) - Havas has announced the acquisition of a majority share of Blink, an Israeli social media agency specialising in content and the management of conversations between consumers and brands, although did not specify financial terms.
Based in Tel Aviv, its 35 experts work on digital strategy, content, community management, digital PR, crisis management and the buying space in social networks. Its clients include leading companies and SMEs.
Sagi Chemetz, who founded the agency in 2007, will remain CEO of Blink, while Alberto Canteli, CEO of Havas Nordics and Middle East, will oversee the agency's integration within the communications group.
