Dassault Aviation: suspends targets for 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Aviation says that it is difficult to predict the impact of the crisis because of uncertainties regarding its magnitude, geographical scope, duration and the economic and social consequences that this will have on its 2020 targets announced on 27 February.
The group has therefore decided to suspend its 2020 targets.
Its Board, which met on Wednesday, also decided to hold its AGM of 12 May 2020 behind closed doors in St. Cloud, near Paris, cancelling the proposed dividend for 2019, having decided to appropriate its entire net profit to retained earnings.
