Dassault Aviation: acquires RUAG's business aviation activit
(CercleFinance.com) - Dassault Aviation announces the acquisition of RUAG's business aviation businesses in Geneva and Lugano.
"This acquisition will consolidate our network in Geneva and Lugano. Both Geneva and Lugano FBO activities will complement the full range of services offered by Dassault Aviation in Switzerland," said Eric Trappier, Chairman and CEO of Dassault Aviation.
