Dassault Aviation: Oddo's new estimates
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Oddo has announced its new estimates for orders and results.
The broker confirms its buy rating on the stock, along with its target price of 1800 euros.
Oddo believes that Dassault Aviation should be able to beat its guidance of 40 units for the Falcon. The broker expects 44 deliveries, which seems higher than the latest consensus figures that it is aware of (41).
The broker expects 49 in 2019, 55 in 2020, 60 in 2021, which supposes a recovery in orders and a book-to-bill ratio of at least 1.1x, which means an estimate of about 50 aircraft in 2018 and 55 -60 in 2019.
Oddo adds that future military orders partly depend on India.
