Seb: FY sales up 5.8% in organic terms
(CercleFinance.com) - Household appliance maker Seb has reported FY 2019 sales of 7.
354 billion euros, up 8% compared to 2018, including organic growth of 5.8%.
"This solid business momentum arises from: - Consumer sales growing firmly, up 5.2% like-for-like, nurtured by all geographic areas and all product lines; - Professional activity which continued its fast development, up 12.1 % like-for-like, despite demanding 2018 comparatives," the group said.
This is the 6th consecutive year that organic growth has exceeded 5%.
The Group said that on the basis of its provisional sales, in 2019 it should achieve between 6% to 6.5% growth in published operating operating profit from its businesses. In addition, the overall envelope of non-recurrent charges should be around 80 million euros in 2019, Seb said regarding its outlook.
