Swizzz Prozzz products have been marketed under license through various brands of kitchen utensils, with great commercial success. This business generates annual pro-forma revenues of between 8 million and 10 euros.
Management said that with this acquisition, the Group is continuing its development in kitchen utensils with simple products, which are easy to use, affordable and very complementary to its ranges."
