NRJ: appeal against CSA sanction
(CercleFinance.com) - NRJ has said that it is subject to a sanction of one million euros from the CSA following the diffusion of a hoax from DJ Cauet in December 2016, a sanction against which the company has appealed before the Council of State.
With the DJ having left the company last July, the audiovisual media group considers the sanction "unfair and totally disproportionate, and that it "has never been sanctioned like this in 36 years.
