EssilorLuxottica: Moody's confirms rating
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday Moody's confirmed the "A2" long-term rating assigned to EssilorLuxottica, maintaining its outlook at "stable".
According to Moody's, this affirmation reflects the continued improvement in EssilorLuxottica's credit metrics and its strong operating performance.
In addition, the company's performance should be quite resilient, with it set to continue its deleveraging trajectory over the next two years, it added.
The rating agency expects the company's cash generation to remain strong, supported by the realisation of synergies from the integration of Essilor, Luxottica and GrandVision.
Investors too seem to have an eye on the share - it is currently up 1% in a market that is down about 0.5%.
