EssilorLuxottica: share boosted by broker comments
(CercleFinance.com) - The optical lens group EssilorLuxottica share rose on Friday morning, in the wake of an analyst's comments that were warmly welcomed by the market.
At around 11.30 a.m., its share price was up 1.1%, one of the strongest rises in the CAC 40, which was down 0.4% at the same time.
In a note published early this morning, Berenberg analysts noted that the EssilorLuxottica share has underperformed since the beginning of the year, falling by 15%, although stressed that this underperformance is not due to the group's fundamentals.
The broker maintains its buy rating on the share, with a target price of 150 euros.
