EssilorLuxottica: on look-out for a future CEO
(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced that its Appointments and Compensation Committee has mandated two recruitment consulting firms to help it in the search for candidates to take on the role of CEO by the end of 2020.
Under existing agreements, the nomination of the future Chief Executive Officer will be submitted to the Board of Directors, following a joint proposal from the Chairman CEO and Deputy, and based on the Committee's recommendation.
The selected candidate will initially be appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and will be in charge of coordinating the group's activities as a holding company, while assisting the Chairman and CEO and Deputy in their efforts to facilitate the integration of the Essilor and Luxottica.
