EssilorLuxottica: Delfin sarl's stake falls below one third
(CercleFinance.com) - Delfin Sàrl, a company controlled by Leonardo Del Vecchio, has informed the AMF that on 5 December it reduced its stake in EssilorLuxottica to below the thresholds of one-third of the company's capital and voting rights and that it now holds 32.

This crossing of these thresholds results from an increase in the total number of EssilorLuxottica shares and voting rights and follows the issue of new Luxottica Group SpA shares tendered to the public exchange offer initiated by EssilorLuxottica on Luxottica Group SpA shares.
