Essilor: leaves Invest Securities' selection.
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities maintains its "buy" rating on Essilor, although is cutting its target price from 140 euros to 130 euros and has decided to remove the share from its selection, given uncertainties weighing on growth in the second half of 2017.
Following the group's H1 2017 results, which it published on Friday, the broker's analysts are cutting their 2017-19 adjusted EPS estimates by 1.7% on average, given its new assumptions for organic growth.
Invest Securities, however, maintains its buy rating on the stock, given the expected acceleration in organic growth and an attractive relative valuation for the world leader in ophthalmic lenses.
