Colas: acquires Granite Contracting's assets
(CercleFinance.com) - Reeves Construction Company, an American subsidiary of Colas, has acquired Granite Contracting LLC's assets, which is a company specialising in the production of asphalt and road works, that operates in North and South Carolina.
Granite Contracting LLC, which includes three asphalt plants producing approximately 400,000 tonnes per year, along with 70 construction machines, makes annual sales of approximately 50 million dollars.
