Colas: acquisition in the UK
(CercleFinance.com) - Colas has announced that its British subsidiary Colas Ltd has acquired Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd, the leading airport maintenance and services company in the UK, which offers comprehensive solutions to protect, maintain and restore infrastructures.
The company mainly operates at Royal Air Force bases, as well as Heathrow and Manchester airports. It has a turnover of 12 million pounds sterling (around 14 million euros) and has around 100 employees.
This acquisition will enable Colas Ltd to expand its range of products, services and solutions. Allied Infrastructure Management Ltd will also be able to offer its services to all of Colas Group's subsidiaries.
