Peugeot: approval from Dutch market authority
(CercleFinance.com) - The PSA Group and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles today announced that they have received approval from the Dutch Financial Markets Authority (Autoriteit Financiële Markten) on their prospectus relating to the admission to trading in Europe of FCA shares, which will be renamed Stellantis following their cross-border merger.
The shares will be traded on the Mercato Telematico Azionario organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and on the Euronext Paris regulated market.
The shares to be issued will also be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
