PSA: renews its van range

(CercleFinance.com) - The PSA group today announces that it is continuing to modernise its light commercial vehicles offering, with a new generation of Peugeot Partner, Citroën Berlingo and Opel/Vauxhall Combo.

Coming from a common program, these vehicles are developed on the basis of the EMP2 platform. They are produced at the Vigo (Spain) and Mangualde (Portugal) sites for the Peugeot and Citroën brands. The Spanish plant will also (for the first time) manufacture Opel/Vauxhall vehicles.

"These latest models offer customers exciting new features specially designed for everyday or occasional use and provide even greater safety (e.g., driving and manoeuvring assistance systems), comfort (e.g. adjustable lumbar support, acoustic treatment) and convenience (including deeper cabin, increased payload, longer load space, and worksite pack)," the PSA group said.

These vehicles will be marketed in around one hundred countries, with orders opening in Europe in September.
