Peugeot: joint-venture in leasing with DongFeng Motor
(CercleFinance.com) - PSA Group and DongFeng Motor Group have announced the creation of a leasing joint venture in the Chinese automobile market.
This joint venture will offer long-term rental solutions, with or without purchase options, to their Chinese customers.
“This new agreement enhances the strategic partnership between DFG and Groupe PSA in automobile, financing and mobility services areas,” the group said.
The joint venture will have a registered capital of 300 million Renminbi (about million euros). DPCA will be its main shareholder, holding 50% of the shares. DFG and BPF (through PSA Finance Nederland B.V.) will hold respectively 25% of the shares.
