Peugeot: develops a pick-up with Changan Automobile.
(CercleFinance.com) - ChangAn Automobile and PSA Group have signed a joint-development agreement for a new platform dedicated to commercial vehicles, in the ChangAn plant in Ding Zhou, China, along with the development of a one-ton pick-up.
This one-ton pick-up is first set to be offered to Chinese clients and to PSA Group's main export markets.
The commercial vehicle market represented 14 million vehicles worldwide in 2016, with the one-ton pick-up counting for 18% of this market, with annual growth of 5%.
