Peugeot: Bryan Garnier initiates with 'sell' rating.
(CercleFinance.com) - In a report on car manufacturers, Bryan Garnier initiates its coverage of the Peugeot stock with a “sell” rating and a fair value of 19 euros.
The broker points out that after having looked for a partner to grow in a sector based on volumes and high fixed costs, PSA has finally acquired the loss-making European subsidiary of GM, Opel/Vauxhall.
However, the broker considers that this deal, which it describes as "non-disruptive," should strengthen Peugeot's position in markets that he has tried to avoid for several years.
