Kering: completes acquisition of eyewear group Lindberg
(CercleFinance.com) - Kering Eyewear announced late yesterday that it has completed the acquisition of Danish luxury eyewear group Lindberg.
The group has obtained approval from competition authorities. The company Lindberg will be consolidated in Kering's accounts from Q4 2021.
