Kering: stops using fur

(CercleFinance.com) - Kering announces this Friday that it has decided to stop using fur.
This means that none of the group's houses will use fur starting from the Autumn 2022 collections.

“Starting with Gucci in 2017, all the Group's Houses, notably Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Alexander McQueen, Brioni and Saint Laurent, have progressively decided to take this step” it says.

The luxury group recalls that in 2019, it formalised and published standards on animal well-being which will “continue to be applied, as they concern other animal fibers and materials”.
