Kering: share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Luxury goods group Kering has entrusted an instruction to an investment services provider aiming to purchase, by 16 April 2021, and depending on market conditions, up to 250,000 Kering ordinary shares (current price: 525 euros), meaning a total of about 130 million euros.

This represents approximately 0.2% of the company's share capital as at 15 January 2021.

The deal is carried out in order to allocate them to cover free share allocation plans and other long-term incentive plans remunerated by Kering shares for the benefit of employees.

It is carried out as part of the implementation of its share buyback program, authorised by its AGM of 16 June 2020 (16th resolution).

The unit purchase price of the shares may not exceed the maximum price set at this meeting.
