Kering: to postpone its AGM
(CercleFinance.com) - Kering's Board of Directors has decided to postpone the date of its AGM, which was initially convened for Thursday 23 April 2020, until Tuesday 23 June 2020.
This is to ensure effective participation of shareholders at the meeting.
"A press release will be issued later to inform shareholders of the arrangements for the General Meeting, the payment of the dividend as well as other resolutions submitted to their approval," Kering said.
