Kering: E500m bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Kering today says that it has made a convertible bond issue into existing Puma ordinary share exchangeable for a total par value of 500 million euros by a placement with professional investors alone.
The net proceeds from this bond issue will be used for Kering's general purposes.
The bonds will be offered at an issue price of between 107.25% and 108.75% of their par value, with a yield to maturity of between -2.78% and -2.32%. The bonds will be redeemed at their par value at maturity, i.e. 30 September 2022 (if there is no early repayment).
