Kering: interim dividend payment
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Kering's board of directors decided to pay an interim dividend for fiscal year 2018, which it set at 3.
50 euros per share.
This interim dividend will be paid on 17 January 2019 to shareholders on record at close of business on 16 January 2019. The dividend will be detached in the morning of 15 January 2019.
The balance of the dividend for 2018 will be decided on by the management board on 11 February 2019. It will be submitted for approval at the next AGM on 24 April 2019.
