(CercleFinance.com) - Kering has announced the appointment of Grégory Boutté as chief client and digital officer, effective as of today.
He will report to Jean-François Palus, deputy CEO, and will be a member of the group's executive committee.
As director of digital and customer relations, his mission will lead the luxury group's digital transformation and manage the development of e-commerce, CRM and data management.
After working for Sidecar, a private-carpool platform, which was bought by General Motors in 2016, Grégory Boutté joined the start-up Udemy in 2015, which offers 15 million students the possibility of following courses online.
