Thales: board decisions announced
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales' board of directors, which met on 29 September 2022 under the chairmanship of Patrice Caine, has decided to pay an interim ordinary dividend of 0.
70 euro per share for the current financial year 2022.
The group also announces the appointment of Emmanuel Chiva, Délégué général pour l'armement, to the Thales Board of Directors as the State's representative for the specific action. He has been appointed to replace Joël Barre.
