Thales: increased collaboration with Microsoft
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday Thales announced an extension of its collaboration with Microsoft, with the implementation of an integrated security monitoring solution based on Microsoft SaaS Sentinel, the US software giant's intelligent analytics platform.
Thales group also said that it would join the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) as a managed security services provider.
This membership means that joint Thales and Microsoft customers will now be able to use Thales' managed security services based on Microsoft Azure Sentinel to detect cyber security threats.
After lunch the Thales share was up about 0.5% in a flat market in Paris, while Microsoft shares were up just 0.2% in pre-market trading.
