Thales: deadline to tender Gemalto shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Gemalto shareholders have been given a final deadline - Monday 15 April 2019, to tender their shares to Thales' takeover bid.
Shareholders who have not tendered their shares over the acceptance period, have the opportunity to tender their shares during the entire reopening period of the offer, from 9 am on Monday 1 April 2019 to 5.40 pm on Monday 15 April 2019.
They will benefit from the same terms and conditions: 51 euros per share, dividend attached, i.e. a premium of 57% compared to the closing price on 8 December 2017.
Already over 85% of shareholders have tendered their shares to the offer.
