Thales: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that on 5 April 2019, asset management giant BlackRock has raised its stake to above the 5% threshold in defense and electronics group Thales' capital.
On this date, and after the purchase of shares, both OTC and on the market, coupled with the receipt of shares held as collateral, on behalf of its clients and fund managed, BlackRock held 5.02% of Thales' capital and 3.47% of its voting rights.
