Thales: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - In a statement this morning the AMF announced that on 2 January US asset manager BlackRock cut its stake in Thales to below the threshold of 5% of its capital.
On this date, and following the restitution of shares held as collateral, on behalf of its clients and funds managed BlackRock held 4.97% of Thales' capital and 3.44% of its voting rights.
