Thales: BlackRock reduces stake

, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 29 November it cut its stake in Thales' capital to below the threshold of 5% of the Thales' capital and that, on behalf of the said clients and funds, it now holds 10,585,855 Thales shares, representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.97% of the group's capital and 3.44% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed due to the sale of Thales shares on the market, along with a restitution of shares held as collateral.
