Thales: BlackRock stake exceeds 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 22 August it raised its stake to above the threshold of 5% of Thales' capital and voting rights, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
03% of the capital and 3.48% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to purchases of Thales shares on the market and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
