Thales: BlackRock stake falls below 5% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, has informed the AMF that on 17 August it reduced its stake in Thales to below 5% of its capital, and that, for the said clients and funds, it now holds 10,585,784 Thales shares, which represents the same number of voting rights, or 4.
97% the group's capital and 3.44% of its voting rights.
The breaking of this threshold results from the restitution of Thales shares held as collateral.
