Thales: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 15 August it raised its shareholding to above the threshold of 5% of Thales' capital, and that for the said clients and funds, it now holds 5.
001% of the group's capital and 3.47% of its voting rights.
This threshold has been crossed thanks to the purchase of Thales shares on the market and a receipt of shares held as collateral.
