Thales: quarterly growth of 4.1%
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales has reported Q1 2018 revenue that is up 4.
1% at 3,412 million euros (+7.2% at constant scope and exchange rates), with an order intake that is up 34% at 3,032 million euros (+39% in organic terms).
With Q1 order intake and sales that are in line with expectations, the high-tech group maintains its targets for 2018 and believes that it will surpass its two medium-term objectives.
On average over the 2016-2018, organic sales growth would therefore exceed 5%, with a 2018 EBIT margin that should exceed the upper end of the range set in April 2014 (9.5% to 10%) in 2017/18.
