Thales: makes 500 million euro bond issue
(CercleFinance.com) - Thales announces that on Tuesday it made a fixed rate bond issue of 500 million euros, maturing in seven years' time, with a coupon of 0.

The high-tech group explained that it is part of its liquidity management which is aimed at maintaining Thales' financial flexibility and extending the maturity of funding.
The very favourable reception of this offer confirms the market's confidence in the group's credit quality, which has a long-term debt rating of A- (negative outlook) by S&P Global Ratings and A2 (negative outlook) by Moody's, it continued.
