Michelin: top management's mandates renewed
(CercleFinance.com) - Michelin announced on Tuesday that its two top managers, Florent Menegaux and Yves Chapot, have been reappointed for four years.
The decision was made by Société Auxiliaire de Gestion (SAGES), in its capacity as non-managing general partner of Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin (CGEM), which praised the quality of the work accomplished by the management team.
Both executives will thus be able to continue the implementation of the "Michelin in Motion" strategic plan which was presented in April 2021.
For the record, Florent Menegaux was appointed in charge of the group in 2019. Yves Chapot, who joined the group back in 1992, was promoted as CFO in 2019.
The renewal of their mandate will take effect in 2022, until the end of the ordinary general meeting to be held in the first half of 2026.
