Michelin: BlackRock cuts stake
(CercleFinance.com) - A statement published by the AMF this morning announces that on 22 January BlackRock cut its stake in Michelin's capital to below the threshold of 5% of its capital.
On this date, after OTC sales and the restitution of shares held as collateral, BlackRock held 4.89% of the French tyre maker's capital and 3.58% of its voting rights.
